The Total Performance Training Programs


The Strength & Conditioning facility of Total Performance offers the resources you need to enhance your physical performance. Created for the athlete, it provides an environment where athletes train among other athletes, creating a positive and optimal training atmosphere.

Pitching & Hitting Programs


The Total Performance Pitchers' Skills and Conditioning Program is designed for anyone ages 11 and above that is committed to improving any of the following attributes:


Velocity - Balance - Strength - Pitch Selection - Control - Flexibility - Reaction time -- Increasing lean muscle mass - Work capacity - Recovery time



This clinic offers a pitcher-specific workout program for strength and conditioning to develop the complete athlete. Through our training program, each athlete will gain a better understanding of their bodies, how they react and recover from game simulations, as well as, gaining a greater knowledge of pitch selection, count, and develop the ability to make needed adjustments.



The Total Performance Hitting Programs focuses on teaching the proper hitting fundamentals including how to hit the ball to all fields, hit for power, hit off-speed pitches and understanding situational hitting. We keep our teaching techniques very simple so that every athlete can duplicate the best swing effortlessly every time, increasing their level of success on the field.

5-Tools Baseball Camps-

Get into the Swing of things with Total Performance 5-Tools Baseball Camp.


Total Performance's Camps are MUCH smaller than most available camps. This is purposefully designed to allow your young athlete to receive the professional attention to improve their level of performance.


Camp agenda includes hitting, throwing, sliding, bunting, pitching, catching, fielding and SPEED & AGILITY.


This camp will be open to players between the ages of 8 to 12 years old.
